General Ordering Information

All the prices are FOB Delhi.

Insurance is to Buyer Account.

Minimum order value: US$ 1500 in total.

Minimum order quantity: This will vary from item to item, incase you select the item from our existing range, quantity is no problem, only in case of any variation we shall let you know the minimum order quantity for those items.

Production lead-time: The production time for most item range from 30-45 days depending upon the quantity. For orders placed during June-August it may take longer due to rains in India at this time. After production, it takes 15 days transportation time to Mumbai for orders shipped ex-Mumbai.

Payment terms: We accept an irrevocable Letter of Credit or full payment by T/T or 50% advance and rest on D/P basis at sight.

Order confirmation: Production for the order starts only when the Performa Invoice is counter signed & returned along with the copy of L/C or payment remittance advice.

Shipping & transport: Most orders to be shipped by sea are containerized & custom cleared at Delhi port & finally shipped from Mumbai port. Orders to be delivered by air are shipped from Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), New Delhi.

Own Logo / Brand name: We don't charge anything extra for designing articles with your own logo / design. However, there is a minimum quantity of 5000 pcs. per design to be altered.

Samples availability & cost: We send most of the samples free of cost however the courier charges will be charged at actual. Incase you have an a/c with DHL/UPS or any other courier, please advice us or we can send the samples on freight collect with your instruction letter.

All the possible care is taken while packing the goods, so we are not responsible for any leakage, breakage or shortage during transit.
